Danni and Charlie do craft

Two ladies and a whole lotta wool

Fair Isle follow up – I love Fair Isle

And here’s a gallery of beautiful Fair Isle things to feast your eyes upon, the one from JuJu is the lovely lady who teaches the course at Loop London. She’s an incredibly talented artist, definitely worth signing up for one of the courses she teaches.

All of these are amazing – Fair Isle and colour work is so lovely, and not just because heavily patterned jumpers came back into fashion this winter just past.

After the next hat is finished (I’m currently nearly done the rib!) then I’m picking up the Fair Isle again. I’m going to pick up with the grey and orange again – tempted to try and do some gloves.

About thisischarlie

I'm Charlie Parker, one half of the craft duo Danni and Charlie do craft. I love crafting in all its guises, from baking to knitting to growing vegetables (which most definitely IS a craft). I am all about local - local wool, local shops, local communities. I am a novice drawer and doodler, my plan is to be better and do my own illustration zine and then hit the road with my wool and bearded Canadian. These are my dreams. Thank you for visiting my blogs.
