Danni and Charlie do craft

Two ladies and a whole lotta wool

It’s knit enough – knitted hotel room at Hotel Pelirocco in Brighton

Amazing. I’ve longed to stay in this particular hotel in Brighton and now I’ve even more reason to want to stay there since they’ve launched a Do Knit Disturb knitted room by the artist Kate Caridgan.

I spotted this article along with a lovely picture of some knitted fish that I would most definitely buy:

And here’s a picture of the room itself (taken from the Hotel Pelirocco’s website):

It does look beautiful, but I confess to being a tad disappointed at the minimal knitting (I was secretly hoping the wallpaper was knitted too). The photos show that guests are given access to wool and knitting needles, so you never know – there may be more knitting added yet.

Now I just need to buy me a boat/flat in London in order to employ some of this inspiration in a place of my own.
